Returns

We want you to love your V by Viet piece. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and free of damage

  • All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included

  • Items must not have been resized, engraved, or altered in any way

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Engraved or personalized items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us at customercare@vbyviet.com to request a return authorization before sending any items back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
